The Indigenous Determinants of Health Alliance (IDHA) is an Indigenous Peoples Organization devoted to advocating for and fostering culturally safe systemic change globally through the adoption of the UN Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues’ Indigenous Determinants of Health (IDH) Framework.

The IDHA is incorporated as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization under the Government of the District of Columbia in the United States
